Briana specializes in the valuation of healthcare services and assets. Her primary focus is on the valuation of healthcare-related businesses and physician practice assets. She also assists with physician compensation engagements, including fair market value reviews of physician compensation for employment agreements, medical directorship positions, and call coverage arrangements. Her project-related experience includes medical staff development planning, physician needs assessments, physician practice establishment assistance, and managed care credentialing.
Briana is a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers and is working toward valuation certification. She holds a Master of Business Administration at Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Georgia State University.
