Darcy specializes in the valuation of healthcare assets and physician services, focusing on physician and hospital transactions and financial arrangements. For more than 15 years, she has provided valuation and consulting services to law firms, hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations across the country. She has valued a variety of healthcare businesses, including medical practices that range from one to more than 200 physicians and encompass nearly every major medical and surgical specialty. Darcy also has significant experience valuing ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, radiation therapy centers, and many other types of physician and hospital-owned facilities.
In addition to her business valuation engagements, Darcy regularly gives fair market value opinions and consulting advice related to compensation paid to physicians for their clinical and administrative duties, including call coverage, medical director, and management services.
