Emma specializes in the valuation of medical practice assets. She has assisted with the valuation of hospitals and physician practices and aided in physician compensation engagements, including fair market value reviews of physician compensation for employee agreements, medical directorship positions, and call coverage arrangements. Emma also has experience reviewing physician-related non-monetary compensation arrangements, to include certain hospital marketing and promotion initiatives
Emma is an Accredited Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is also an Accredited Member of the American Society of Appraisers in the discipline of Machinery and Technical Specialties (Machinery and Equipment). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
