A Principal with GatesMoore, Nancy specializes in strategic planning for group practices and healthcare delivery systems, compliance, practice mergers, and hospital/physician relationships. Joining GatesMoore in 1985, Nancy has worked with hundreds of physicians and hospitals to establish new solo or group medical practices, conduct comprehensive practice evaluations, provide fair market valuations, develop physician compensation terms, and provide advisory services for the ongoing successful relationships of hospitals and physicians.
Nancy is certified in healthcare compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association (health professional), the Medical Group Management Association and is a Founding Member of the Atlanta MGMA. She also holds a coding certification through the American Academy of Professional Coders.
