A graduate of Penn State University, Neff holds an Accounting degree with a concentration in business management. Before joining GatesMoore, Neff practiced public accounting in Pennsylvania for over 9 years. While in public accounting he has gained expertise in individual and corporate taxation, auditing, and financial reporting and the installation and implementation of computerized accounting systems.
As a Manager, Neff is responsible for reviewing financial statements, payroll tax returns, retirement plan returns, and tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporate entities. A certified QuickBooks Advisor, he also advises clients on technical issues relating to various accounting software packages. He is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
