Sara holds a BBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Before joining GatesMoore, Sara spent four years as a staff tax accountant for a regional CPA firm in Knoxville, Tennessee that specializes in the healthcare industry.
As a Manager, Sara is responsible for reviewing financial statements, payroll tax returns, retirement plan returns, and tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporate entities.
