Will has a broad background in business valuation and has contributed to over 100 business valuation reports. His experience includes work related to mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate tax, ESOP valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment analysis, and others. He has conducted valuations for businesses in a wide range of industries, including healthcare services, medical devices and supplies, social services, professional services, engineering, industrial machinery, apparel, food, real estate development, and telecom.
Will is currently working towards valuation certification and the CFA designation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University.
